 Tim Moore,昆士兰科技大学副教授,Cipher咨询有限公司常务董事,1981年本科毕业于美国马里兰大学帕克分校,1986-1989在肯塔基大学攻读博士学位,20163月至今任昆士兰科技大学生物、地球与环境学院副教授,目前主要从事煤及煤层气地质学研究。
